Contacted them for an urgent damp survey – was done within 24 hours with a good report. Subsequently work was carried out soon after at quoted price. An additional area of damp was noted (due to the presence of vendor furniture not seen beforehand). They kindly offered to do the work for free but we agreed on a reasonable price.
